In addition to being the Managing Partner of the firm, Jim provides tax consulting and preparation for a wide range of tax matters, including corporate, individual, real estate, bankruptcies, fiduciary and estate matters.
Jim serves as the lead Partner for a variety of clients. They include manufacturers, retailers, developers, wholesalers, business services, physician groups and other professional service organizations.
He also provides lifetime and family financial planning to individual clients.
Accounting for Our Success
- Jim assisted a client in a Section 1031 exchange that resulted in a multiple six-figure savings in Federal and State income taxes
- He successfully represented clients in Federal and State tax audits
- Jim provided strategic counsel to several clients leading to substantial increases in revenues and profits
