Hodgson Pratt & Associates PC and Kimberly M. Saunders, CPA announced the merger of their firms, effective December 1st, 2007. The continuing firm will maintain the name of Hodgson Pratt & Associates, PC.
Kim Saunders, CPA, who joins the firm as one of its Principals, received her undergraduate degree in accounting from UMass Dartmouth, where she graduated magna cum laude, and her Masters degree in Taxation from Bentley College. Kim has been in the accounting profession for 17 years.
Kim is the newly elected President of the board of the Buttonwood Park Zoological Society and serves as a member of the Board of Managers of the YMCA – Dartmouth. She is a member of both the AICPA and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s.
